How it works
Tell us about you
What you do, where you work, and what kind of jobs you love.
I say hi
A quick conversation so we know who we’re introducing.
I make the intros
When an agent’s listing needs what you do, you’re the call we make.
Who we're looking for
Painters, landscapers, handymen, real estate photographers, plumbers, cleaners, window cleaners, pool cleaners, stagers, movers and more. If agents need you to get a home ready, we want to meet you.
Requirements
You’ll need to be licensed and insured, and able to provide few real estate agent references.
Let’s get you in front of more agents.
Vendor FAQ
What kind of work will I get?
Pre-listing prep for agents in your area, plus move-in work for their buyers. The goal is repeat work, not one-off gigs.
How are matches made?
Personally, by me. I know every vendor I introduce, and I match you to the property, not just the calendar.
What do I need to join?
Proof of license and insurance, and two or three references from agents you’ve worked with.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join. I’ll walk you through how it works when we connect.
Who do I work for on the job?
You work directly with the agent or homeowner. You run your business your way: your quote, your schedule, your work. I make the introduction.
What happens after the first job?
That’s the point. Do great work, and agents request you again. Strong reviews and repeat work also put you in front of more agents.
What area do you cover?
San Diego County for now.
